This beautiful house is situated at the entrance to the village of Baderna where there are a handful of shops and eateries. Inside the villa is very tastefully furnished and spacious and the kitchen is fuly fitted with all modern conveniences required. Villa Tina is a newly renovated villa, situated at the beginning of the small typical Istrian village of Stifanici, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Just a five minute drive from the village of Baderna, ten mintue drive to Sveti Lovrec and approximately a twenty minute drive away from the town of Porec which has some of the best beaches in Istria and provides a lovely atmosphere.
