This pretty, stone clad, villa has been renovated inside and out and stands on a peaceful hillside on the outskirts of Montecastello di Vibio, just a ten minute drive from the lovely medieval city of Todi. The interior of the villa, with wooden beams, terracotta tiled floors and feature fireplace give the villa an authentic rustic air and the patio is home to a wood burning oven for making delicious, crisp, pizza! Boasting panoramic views over the Umbrian countryside to Lake Trasimeno, this lovely villa is well furnished and spacious and a welcome addition to our Umbrian villas collection. The large, cool swimming pool is bordered by a paved sun terrace set in ample lawned gardens whilst, the interior accommodation includes a very comfortable, light and airy lounge, well equipped kitchen and conservatory dining area 
This traditional stone clad house is just under 2 kilometres from the shores of historic Lake Trasimeno. The villa boasts pine shaded, landscaped gardens providing a cool respite from the afternoon sun. Also on offer is a large freeform swimming pool. At the poolside there is a well equipped pool house with a grill and pizza oven as well as a shower room. Inside, the accommodation is on two floors and is comfortably furnished with large soft sofas and quality beds. The impressive, spacious kitchen diner includes an Aga and a pasta table, ideal for rolling out huge sheets of lasagne or pizza bases! 
This lovely, traditional stone built house provides a peaceful hideaway in beautiful Umbrian countryside just a short drive away from Historic Todi. The living quarters are all on one floor, and the terrace provides panoramic views over the pool below.
