This beautiful house is situated by the coast in Acireale, just a short drive from Catania and within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. The cool swimming pool is set in sun soaked terraces and ample lawned gardens boasting panoramic sea views whilst a shady dining terrace to the rear of the house is home to the barbecue.
Standing majestically on the lower slopes of Mount Etna, this beautiful, elegant house boasts wonderfully landscaped ‘English’ gardens with 80 different types of rose, manicured lawns and fruit trees. Baia Chiara (By-ah Kee-ah-rah) is a modern villa standing in a very enviable location right on the seafront at Marina di Modica on the Sicilian south coast. A white reef and the sea are less than 50 metres away whilst a fine, golden sandy beach is a pleasant stroll of 100 metres from the villa. Inside, the accommodation is modern and bright with the entrance hall on the lower level and seven steps up to the upper ground floor and the lounge and kitchen. There is a pleasant covered terrace by the swimming pool which is set in paved sun terrace containing pretty flower beds and there is also a kitchenette at poolside and a utility room with a washing machine. A gate opens from the front to give access to the sea front
