Villa Irida is an imposing property standing high above the northern coastal road, with views extending over the quiet sandy beach of Kalamaki below to the mountains of Albania in the distance. Irida offers many sea-facing terraces, including a large shaded dining terrace with barbecue and a lawned area at the front of the house. Irida is ideal for large parties of all ages. Families with young children will appreciate the gated pool and gated outdoor steps, children’s pool and play area offering swings, slide and see-saw, as well as Kalamaki Beach underneath with gently shelving shallow water ideal for small ones. House on the Rocks is spectacular! With a loyal following of regular visitors, this exceptional house is hidden amongst the olive groves on a promontory below the coastal road. Built using local stone, the owners aim has been to create a contemporary villa which perfectly blends with its surroundings, whilst also making the maximum of the exceptional views and excellent privacy. There is a large roof terrace for sun worshippers (care needs to be taken with children here as the walls are low). The balcony leading off the main living room is ideal for dining or simply gazing at the view, but the recent addition of a partly shaded lounging terrace literally clinging to the rocks (accessed from the pool terrace by a bridge) will make it virtually impossible for you to drag yourself away from this stunning setting. The kidney shaped swimming pool is set into lawned gardens leading right down to the beach and the grounds are surrounded on three sides by pine woods separating it from the main street of Dassia. This stunning location is beautifully combined with a tasteful Mediterranean style and the villa has been extended to provide comfortable and spacious family accommodation. Set in a pretty, enclosed garden with a swimming pool, Avlaki Beach House offers a private location. A selection of covered and open terraces provide a choice of places to relax, and a barbecue is available for al fresco meals. The nearby beach has a small watersports centre that offers dinghies, windsurfing and pedaloes, and hired boats can be moored almost directly in front of the villa. An excellent taverna can be found just a few steps away, ensuring this villa offers everything for a discerning larger party. 
Zeus commands a towering position high above the country road leading from Aghios Stefanos to Kerasia Beach and offers panoramic views over the picturesque headlands and bays of this beautiful area.
