Villa Asteras is an ideal house for a large family gathering; perfect for any special family celebration or just for a large group of friends. The mature gardens provide a wonderful setting for the large saltwater pool, and the covered dining gazebo and outdoor kitchen, as well as a full barbecue and wood burning oven, ensure this a perfect place for entertaining and dining al fresco. A lockable gate opens onto a stone jetty with the sea directly below and inside the villa, all the bedrooms have been updated for 2011 with new soft furnishings. On off peak season dates, the villa is available at a reduced price for smaller groups, with only the three top level bedrooms open for occupancy. All the facilities of the villa will still be available.

The house is on three levels.
Garden level. Double and twin room with en suite bathroom leading directly onto the garden. Further double bedroom with en suite shower room. Kitchenette.
Interior stairs to first floor. Guest WC. Extensive living/dining room with bar area and sea views. Fully equipped kitchen.
Stairs to upper level. Two double bedrooms with en suite shower room and one twin with bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a balcony or terrace.
