We are delighted to feature this unique, stylish villa in our collection. This luxurious property boasts such breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea that it has been named Karavi, the Greek word for boat. Contemporary in style with large areas of glass and stylish furnishing, the interior is spacious and filled with light. From the pool, steps lead down to a garden area and from here another flight of steps incorporate a shaded kiosk, an ideal place to relax and look out onto the sea below. In the evenings you can enjoy the beauty of the spectacular sunset from your terrace, looking over the infinity pool.

Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Living/dining room. Kitchen. WC. A further double bedroom with en suite shower room is accessed via the lower terrace (under the pool). Sauna with some gym equipment.
Please Note: Due to the large areas of glass, low railings and steps from the garden, this villa is not suitable for very young children and any children in the party will need additional supervision.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms from £200 per week, payable in advance (April – October). Central units for the living areas can be requested and paid for locally if required. During the winter period (November – March) use of the air conditioning units for heating is available free of charge

Swimming pool with Jacuzzi® section 8m x 6m (depth 1.4m throughout). The outdoor Jacuzzi® can be heated at an additional daily charge (payable locally but should be booked in advance) from November – April only

Location
If waterfront dining is your idea of heaven, Pomos villa holidays will be perfect for you. Simply a little harbour, with a choice of excellent fish tavernas, where you can gaze out to sea while watching the sunset, the village has a couple of cafes and a small mini-market, not forgetting stunning cliffs and pockets of sand. Surrounded by dramatic scenery, villas in Pomos are all about relaxing; there’s not much action here but the laid-back living is heavenly.
