House on the Rocks is spectacular! With a loyal following of regular visitors, this exceptional house is hidden amongst the olive groves on a promontory below the coastal road. Built using local stone, the owners aim has been to create a contemporary villa which perfectly blends with its surroundings, whilst also making the maximum of the exceptional views and excellent privacy. There is a large roof terrace for sun worshippers (care needs to be taken with children here as the walls are low). The villa offers a second living room on the pool level next to the twin bedrooms with en suite shower room. The balcony leading off the main living room is ideal for dining or simply gazing at the view, but the recent addition of a partly shaded lounging terrace literally clinging to the rocks (accessed from the pool terrace by a bridge) will make it virtually impossible for you to drag yourself away from this stunning setting. A built-in barbecue on the pool level completes the perfection!

Simply a little seaside hamlet on the edge of Nissaki, Kaminaki villas are perfect for a peaceful holiday. Reached by an almost vertical hill from the coastal road, Kaminaki consists of a cluster of pastel houses and villas, and a tiny mini-market which only opens for a few hours a day in high summer, however there are two excellent beachside tavernas to take your pick from. Boats and canoes can be hired at Kaminaki and water sports are offered in Peak season. The pretty pebble beach, lapped by transparent water offers sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and wonderful sea swimming. From here a coastal path leads round to the larger beach of Krouzeri, which is just a few minutes stroll away and offers full water sports facilities, the Nissaki Beach Hotel and another family run beach side taverna.
